Made in small batches, our Fromage Blanc sports a light buttery flavor. Little to know goaty flavor, this is the cheese we use in all of our cheesecake products. Frozen right after completion to preserve flavor. Please use within 2 weeks of thaw. Perfect on bagels, crackers, or for baking. Raw and unpasteurized. Gluten free.  7 ounce frozen package
