Garlic & Basil

Garlic & Basil is another local favorite. Comes in either a Chevre or Fromage Blanc base. Perfect on crackers, pizza or just about anything. Basil is grown right here on the farm. Raw and unpasteurized. Gluten free. 7 ounce frozen package 
 
Now in Freeze Dried and packaged in zip lock mylar. Same great cheese now in an easier to use, more economic form. Make as little or as much as you need at a time. Just add water slowly and stir until you reach the consistancy of your choice. Will stiffen slightly when refridgerated. Shelf stable for long term storage. 3.5 oz package
