Rosemary & Basil

Our Rosemary & Basil comes in both Chevre and Fromage Blanc bases. Just the right amount of both herbs make this cheese totally yummy. Frozen upon completion to preserve flavor. Keeps for about 2 weeks after thaw, but it's not likely to last that long. Basil is grown right here on the farm. Raw and unpasteurized. Gluten free. 7 ounce Pick up at Odie's Bayside Grocery
 
Now in Freeze Dried and packaged in zip lock mylar. Same great cheese now in an easier to use, more economic form. Make as little or as much as you need at a time. Just add water slowly and stir until you reach the consistancy of your choice. Will stiffen slightly when refridgerated. Shelf stable for long term storage. 3.5 oz package
